Our founder, Nora, brings over 21 years of expertise as a State of California Licensed Psychiatric Technician with the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians, working directly in medical environments where precision, confidentiality, and empathy are essential. This deep understanding of patient care and clinical compliance informs every aspect of our interpreting services.
Certified by the Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CCHI) in Spanish medical interpretation, Nora combines medical knowledge with linguistic accuracy to ensure providers and patients connect clearly and confidently.
